Its coffee production is connected to farms including Finca Buenos Aires and Finca Milán near Pereira. These farms grow varieties such as Pink Bourbon, Caturra, Purple Caturra, Castillo and Colombia and use processes including washed, natural, honey, anaerobic fermentation, carbonic maceration and the company’s Nitro fermentation method. Café Uba also supplies green coffee for international buyers alongside roasted specialty coffees.
