These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Expodas (expodas.com), a product of Episte Medya. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About the Platform
Expodas is a global B2B trade show and sourcing platform. We help buyers discover suppliers, submit buyer requests, review supplier proposals, and connect with trade show organizers and exhibitors. We are not a trade show organizer and do not sell exhibition space, event tickets, products or services directly.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features (such as submitting inquiry forms), you must create a free account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and current information when registering.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.
3. Listings and Content
Trade show organizers and exhibitors who list on Expodas are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit. Expodas does not verify all listing information and makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing.
By submitting a listing, you grant Expodas a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your submitted content on the platform.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Expodas to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Spam or send unsolicited commercial messages to other users
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform without permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
5. Inquiry and Contact Forms
When you submit a visitor registration, exhibitor inquiry, buyer request, supplier proposal, product inquiry or buyer match request, you consent to your contact information being processed and, where needed, forwarded to the relevant organizer, buyer, supplier or exhibitor. Expodas acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the actions of third parties following contact.
Buyer email addresses are not intended to be shown publicly on buyer request pages. Suppliers send proposals through Expodas, and buyer contact details may be revealed only through the platform workflow or by the buyer's own action.
We do not guarantee that any organizer, buyer, supplier or exhibitor will respond to an inquiry or proposal.
6. Platform Access
Expodas does not sell subscription access. Buyers, exhibitors and organizers may use the core platform workflows without a subscription. Platform features may be adjusted, limited or expanded over time as the service develops.
Suppliers may purchase one-time proposal credit packs. Sending a proposal does not spend credit. Credit is charged only when the buyer opens that proposal for the first time, subject to the platform's current credit rules.
Organizer event activation, verification or related operational services may be introduced separately. Any such fees will be presented before purchase or activation.
7. Payments and Credits
Payment processing may be provided by Paddle or another third-party payment provider. Credit packs are digital platform credits and are not bank deposits, stored-value accounts, securities or cash equivalents.
Credits are intended for use inside Expodas and may not be resold, transferred or exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law. If a payment is reversed, refunded or identified as fraudulent, Expodas may remove the related credits or suspend affected activity.
Expodas may provide free monthly credits or promotional credits. Free and promotional credits may be adjusted, limited or discontinued to protect platform quality.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Expodas platform, including design, text, graphics, and code, is the property of Episte Medya unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Episte Medya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any interactions facilitated through it.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will post the updated terms with a new effective date.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
