Expo Construcción e Inmobiliaria 2026 will take place from November 12 to 15, 2026, at Recinto Ferial Alalay in Cochabamba, Bolivia. The event brings together companies and professionals from the construction and real estate sectors, including contractors, property developers, real estate businesses, suppliers, engineers, architects, financial institutions and investors. The 2026 edition expands the scope of the established Expo Construcción format by integrating property development and real estate investment more directly into the exhibition. Around 150 exhibitors and approximately 5,000 visitors are expected to participate.
The exhibition covers construction materials, machinery, equipment, building systems, architectural products, property developments and services used across residential, commercial and infrastructure projects. Suppliers of construction technologies and materials participate alongside developers and real estate companies, creating an exhibition profile that spans both the physical construction process and the property market. Financial institutions and professional service providers are also expected to take part, reflecting the financing and investment requirements associated with development projects.
The event also provides a setting for meetings between suppliers, construction companies, developers, investors and industry professionals. Previous editions of Expo Construcción have included companies from several international markets and have presented machinery, materials and technologies for the building sector. The addition of a stronger real estate component in 2026 broadens the event beyond construction supply, linking project development, property investment and building-related products within the same exhibition.
