When you submit a buyer request, supplier proposal, buyer match request, product inquiry, visitor registration or exhibitor inquiry, the information you provide may be shared with the relevant company, supplier, buyer or organizer as part of the intended service. Buyer contact details are not shown publicly on buyer request pages.

Expodas does not sell subscription access. Suppliers may buy one-time proposal credit packs. Payments are processed by Paddle or another payment provider selected by Expodas. We do not store full card numbers or full payment credentials on our servers.
We may store payment-related records such as user ID, email address, selected credit pack, transaction ID, transaction status, credited amount and webhook logs so we can add credits, prevent duplicate crediting and provide support.
