These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Expodas (expodas.com), a product of Episte Medya. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About the Platform
Expodas is a global B2B trade show and exhibitor discovery platform. We provide a directory of trade shows and exhibiting companies, and facilitate communication between organizers, exhibitors, and buyers. We are not a trade show organizer and do not sell exhibition space or products directly.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features (such as submitting inquiry forms), you must create a free account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and current information when registering.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.
3. Listings and Content
Trade show organizers and exhibitors who list on Expodas are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit. Expodas does not verify all listing information and makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing.
By submitting a listing, you grant Expodas a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your submitted content on the platform.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Expodas to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Spam or send unsolicited commercial messages to other users
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform without permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
5. Inquiry and Contact Forms
When you submit a visitor registration, exhibitor inquiry, or buyer match request, you consent to your contact information being forwarded to the relevant organizer or exhibitor. Expodas acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the actions of third parties following contact.
We do not guarantee that any organizer or exhibitor will respond to your inquiry.
6. Pro Subscriptions
Pro features are available via paid subscription, processed through Paddle. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Expodas platform, including design, text, graphics, and code, is the property of Episte Medya unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Episte Medya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any interactions facilitated through it.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will post the updated terms with a new effective date.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
