JAPAN BUILD Osaka 2026 will take place from August 26 to 28, 2026, at INTEX Osaka in Osaka, Japan. Organised as the 10th Osaka edition, the trade fair brings together technologies, products and services for the building, construction, housing and real estate industries. The event covers building materials and equipment, smart homes, housing DX, green buildings, renovation, building maintenance, construction-site technologies, digital construction and real estate technology. It forms the Osaka edition of JAPAN BUILD – International Building & Home Week, which is held twice a year in Osaka and Tokyo.
The exhibition is designed for housing manufacturers, home builders, architectural firms, general contractors, subcontractors, renovation companies, developers, facility owners, property management companies, wholesalers, corporate users and public-sector organisations.
