Bakery ASEAN Indonesia 2026 will take place from August 27 to 29, 2026, at Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo) in Jakarta. Organised as the inaugural ASEAN International Bakery Exhibition, the B2B event is powered by Bakery China and focuses on the bakery, confectionery and related food industries across Southeast Asia. The exhibition brings together products, ingredients, equipment and integrated production solutions covering different stages of bakery manufacturing and retail. More than 150 international exhibitors are expected to participate in the first edition, including over 100 Chinese brands presenting technologies and products for the regional market.
The exhibition is designed for bakery and confectionery manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, equipment producers, distributors, importers, exporters, chain stores, supermarkets, convenience stores, hotels, cafés and professional buyers. Exhibited solutions are expected to include bakery ingredients, flour and grain products, yeast, fillings, chocolate and confectionery products, baking machinery, ovens, production lines, processing equipment, packaging technologies and solutions for commercial bakeries and foodservice businesses. The event also provides an entry point for international suppliers seeking distributors and commercial partners in Indonesia and other ASEAN markets.
Bakery ASEAN will combine product sourcing with technical exchange, business matchmaking, professional competitions, product launches and industry networking activities. The event is being developed as the first overseas extension of the Bakery China exhibition platform, using its existing manufacturer, supplier and professional-buyer network to support connections within Southeast Asia. By bringing ingredient suppliers, manufacturers, machinery companies and downstream buyers together in Jakarta, the exhibition provides a specialised environment for examining new bakery technologies, comparing suppliers and developing cross-border partnerships across the ASEAN bakery and confectionery sector.
