Indonesia International Paper Chain Industry Expo 2026 will take place from August 27 to 29, 2026, at JIExpo Kemayoran in Jakarta. The annual B2B exhibition focuses on the upstream and manufacturing stages of the pulp, paper and paper-based packaging industries. Its exhibition scope includes pulping and papermaking machinery, packaging equipment, industrial electrical and power systems, papermaking chemicals, digital manufacturing solutions, water and wastewater treatment technologies, and environmentally friendly packaging materials. The organiser lists more than 100 overseas exhibitors, over 5,300 visitors, approximately 12,000 square metres of exhibition space and more than 300 global buyers for the 2026 edition.
The exhibition is designed for paper mills, factory owners, engineering teams, production managers, procurement professionals, equipment suppliers and companies planning capacity expansion or modernisation projects. Participating businesses can examine machinery and production systems alongside chemicals, utilities, automation and environmental technologies required for large-scale paper manufacturing. Indonesia’s role as a major pulp and paper production base in Southeast Asia gives the event a regional sourcing and investment context, while growing demand for recyclable and biodegradable packaging is increasing attention on paper-based alternatives and more sustainable production processes.
The programme includes the Paper Industry Executive Forum, Technology & Solution Insight Seminars and a Curated Business Matching Program. Executive sessions address cost competitiveness, energy efficiency, regulatory readiness, ESG transformation and regional market developments, while technical seminars focus on practical manufacturing solutions. The business-matching programme uses buyer requirements and supplier profiles to arrange targeted one-to-one meetings. Together, these activities connect equipment sourcing, technical knowledge and commercial discussions across the pulp, paper and sustainable packaging value chain.
