Jakarta Halal Expo & Convention (JHEC) 2026 will take place from August 28 to 30, 2026, at ICE BSD in Tangerang, Indonesia. The international B2B event focuses on Indonesia’s halal economy and connects producers, brands, buyers and business partners across multiple consumer and service sectors. Exhibition areas include food and beverages, fashion and modest wear, cosmetics and beauty, travel and tourism, and multi-product businesses. The event is designed to support trade between Indonesian halal producers and buyers from domestic and international markets, particularly across the wider OIC business ecosystem.
JHEC is aimed at manufacturers, distributors, retailers, exporters, importers, brand owners, investors and professional buyers seeking halal-certified products, suppliers and commercial partnerships. The exhibition is organised across dedicated sector pavilions and includes structured buyer–exhibitor introductions and B2B meeting spaces. Previous editions have also attracted international participation, with the organiser reporting more than 40,000 trade visitors from 19 countries and substantial potential and confirmed transactions generated through meetings between exhibitors and buyers.
The 2026 conference programme runs throughout all three days and examines both commercial and technical issues shaping the halal economy. Sessions cover Indonesia’s halal industry roadmap, foreign direct investment, financial fraud prevention, STEM education, Islamic scientific heritage and the substitution of imported raw materials with locally produced halal alternatives.
