ASI Show Orlando 2027 will take place from January 5 to 7, 2027, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, United States. The trade show serves the promotional products industry, connecting suppliers of branded merchandise with distributors, decorators and other professionals involved in corporate gifts, promotional campaigns and branded products. The three-day format begins with a dedicated education day, followed by two days of product sourcing and supplier meetings in the Expo Hall.
The exhibition covers a broad range of promotional merchandise, including branded apparel, bags, drinkware, writing instruments, technology accessories, awards, corporate gifts and other customizable consumer products. Suppliers present products that can be decorated, printed or otherwise branded for marketing campaigns, employee programmes, events and corporate communications. ASI describes its trade shows as large-scale events bringing together thousands of distributors and suppliers, with Orlando serving as the first ASI trade show of the year.
The programme includes education sessions on sales, marketing, business development and industry trends, along with a New Product Preview, Product Showcase and networking activities. The Expo Hall is open on January 6 and 7, while January 5 is primarily dedicated to education and exhibitor setup. The event is designed for promotional-product distributors and suppliers seeking new merchandise, sourcing relationships and information on sales and marketing developments within the branded merchandise sector.
