Central Asian International Textile Machinery Exhibition (CAITME) 2026 will take place from September 8 to 10, 2026, at Uzexpocentre NEC in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The 17th edition is a specialised international exhibition for textile and garment manufacturing machinery, equipment and production technologies. Established in 2004, CAITME covers the textile production chain from fibre and yarn preparation through weaving, knitting, dyeing, finishing and garment manufacturing. It serves as a regional meeting point between international equipment suppliers and textile manufacturers operating across Uzbekistan, Central Asia and the wider CIS market.
The exhibition presents spinning and twisting machinery, weaving and knitting systems, embroidery equipment, textile finishing and printing technologies, garment production machinery, cutting and sewing systems, laboratory and testing equipment, CAD/CAM solutions, automation technologies and textile machinery components. Additional areas include nonwoven production, chemicals and dyes, environmental technologies, air filtration, water treatment and equipment for leather and footwear manufacturing. Visitors include textile factory owners, garment manufacturers, engineers, technical specialists, procurement teams and senior decision-makers seeking technologies for new production facilities or factory modernisation.
CAITME combines equipment sourcing with live machinery demonstrations, technical support and direct meetings between manufacturers and technology providers. The previous 2025 edition occupied more than 12,000 square metres and brought together 210 exhibitors from 21 countries and over 6,000 professional visitors. International conferences, B2B and B2G meetings, workshops and supplier presentations traditionally complement the exhibition, although the detailed 2026 business programme has not yet been announced. This combination positions CAITME as an important technology-sourcing platform for Central Asia’s expanding textile and garment manufacturing sector.
