Fastfood & Café & Restaurant Expo Helsinki 2027 will take place on January 13–14, 2027, at the Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre in Helsinki, Finland. The B2B event is designed for professionals working across restaurants, cafés, catering, hotels and other foodservice operations. Since its launch in 2007, FFCR Helsinki has developed as a meeting point for suppliers, buyers and decision-makers within Finland’s HoReCa sector. The 2027 edition marks the event’s 20th anniversary and is expected to feature around 180 exhibiting companies.
The exhibition covers food and beverage products, professional kitchen equipment, serving solutions, bakery and confectionery products, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, packaging, hygiene products, restaurant services and operational technologies. Exhibitors range from established food and beverage suppliers to equipment companies, local producers and newer businesses. The visitor profile includes restaurant and café operators, catering professionals, hotel representatives, purchasing managers, public foodservice professionals and other HoReCa decision-makers.
The 2027 programme includes the Metro Live Kitchen, Innovation Gallery, Pizza Champion Cup Finland, a public-sector seminar, Startup Alley and dedicated areas for coffee, treats, wineries, breweries and distilleries. The event also uses an app-based matchmaking system that allows visitors and exhibitors to schedule meetings before and during the exhibition. Admission is free for registered HoReCa professionals, and registration provides access to both event days.
