FoodEx Cambodia 2026 will take place from August 26 to 28, 2026, at the Diamond Island Exhibition and Convention Centre (DIECC) in Phnom Penh. The event is the third International Expo of Products, Technology and Services for the Food and Beverage Industry in Cambodia and focuses on the commercial and technical development of the country’s food sector. Its exhibition scope covers fresh and processed food, beverages, ingredients, food technology, processing equipment, bakery machinery, commercial kitchen systems, refrigeration, storage and packaging solutions. The 2026 edition is expected to host more than 100 exhibitors from over 10 countries and regions, attract more than 4,000 trade visitors and facilitate over 1,000 B2B meetings.
The exhibition is aimed at food manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, distributors, importers, retailers, restaurant and café operators, hotel and resort owners, catering companies, chefs, product developers, food-tech startups and investors. Product sectors include fruits and vegetables, seafood, meat and poultry, dairy products, confectionery, snacks, ready meals, oils and fats, health foods, tea, coffee and other beverages. Technology suppliers will also present food-processing machinery, bakery equipment, kitchen appliances, cooling systems and packaging technologies. This combination allows professional visitors to compare products and production solutions while identifying new suppliers and distribution opportunities within Cambodia and the wider Southeast Asian market.
The 2026 programme will combine the exhibition with business-matching activities, conferences, technical seminars, product showcases and technology presentations. The organisers are also placing emphasis on themes such as supply-chain integration, food technology, changing consumer demand and the development of Cambodia’s food and beverage market. FoodEx Cambodia therefore functions as both a sourcing platform and an industry meeting point where producers, buyers and technology providers can examine market trends, exchange technical information and discuss commercial partnerships. FoodEx Cambodia was held in 2024 and 2025 before returning for its third edition in 2026.
