FoodTech Ingredients Peru 2026 will take place from August 26 to 28, 2026, at the Arena 1 Convention Center on Costa Verde in Lima. The eighth edition of the B2B trade fair connects companies from the food and beverage industry, agroindustry, mass consumption, Horeca, foodservice, retail, bakery, confectionery and ice cream sectors with suppliers of ingredients, processing technologies and operational solutions. The exhibition is organised around seven specialised areas covering food and beverages, ingredients and nutrients, machinery and technology, packaging, bakery and confectionery, Horeca equipment, and hygiene, sanitation and biosecurity.
The event is aimed at food manufacturers, processors, purchasing managers, product developers, bakery and confectionery businesses, restaurants, hotels, retailers and other professionals involved in food production and commercial foodservice. Exhibitors present ingredients, additives, processing machinery, production equipment, packaging and filling solutions, cleaning technologies, commercial kitchen equipment and finished food and beverage products. The 2026 edition also introduces a larger venue at Arena 1 and includes programmes for national and international buyers designed to connect suppliers with purchasing delegations from food factories, Horeca operators and retail businesses.
FoodTech Ingredients 2026 combines the exhibition with an extensive technical and educational programme. Scheduled activities include international congresses on food ingredients and additives, machinery and food technology, hygiene and sanitation, and sustainable packaging for food and beverages. The programme also includes Food Summit 2026, Innova Food, the Tasting Theatre, a national pastry championship, business meetings and culinary activities. The previous 2025 edition brought together more than 200 exhibiting companies and included specialised forums on ingredients, machinery, sanitation and food innovation.
