International PLUS-Forum Digital Tajikistan 2026 will take place on November 26, 2026, at the National Library of Tajikistan in Dushanbe. The event focuses on the digital transformation of government infrastructure, financial services, retail, information technology and telecommunications. Its participant profile includes representatives of government institutions, banks and microfinance organisations, technology companies, telecom providers, retailers, investors and organisations involved in digital infrastructure and economic development. More than 1,000 participants are expected to attend the 2026 edition.
The forum and exhibition address technologies and services used in digital government, banking, fintech, payments, retail and communications. Participating companies include technology suppliers, system integrators, financial technology providers and organisations developing digital platforms and infrastructure. The event also includes an exhibition area where companies can present products and services, alongside participation from public-sector institutions and industry associations. Previous Digital Tajikistan editions have featured exhibitors from multiple international markets working across financial technology, cybersecurity, digital infrastructure and related technology sectors.
The conference programme examines the implementation of digital technologies across Tajikistan’s economy and public infrastructure. Topics include banking and fintech development, digital public services, telecommunications, e-commerce, cybersecurity, retail technologies and international cooperation. The event is supported by public institutions including the Government of Tajikistan, the Agency of Innovations and Digital Technologies, the Communications Service and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. This combination of public-sector participation, technology suppliers and financial institutions gives the forum a cross-sector focus on digital transformation rather than a single technology category.
