Melbourne Gluten-Free Expo 2026 will take place on 17–18 October 2026 at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre in Melbourne, Australia. Organised by Coeliac Australia, the event focuses on gluten-free food, beverages and related products for people living with coeliac disease, those following a gluten-free diet and others interested in the category. The exhibition brings together food brands, producers, suppliers and specialist vendors in a setting where visitors can explore a range of gluten-free products.
The exhibition covers packaged foods, baked goods, snacks, ingredients, prepared foods and other products developed for gluten-free diets. Visitors can meet participating brands, sample products and learn about items that may not be widely available through conventional retail channels. The programme also includes gluten-free street food and food vendors, giving both established companies and smaller producers an opportunity to present their products directly to consumers.
Alongside the exhibition area, Melbourne Gluten-Free Expo includes an education stage featuring sessions with dietitians, medical practitioners, chefs and other speakers. Topics include coeliac disease management, gluten-free nutrition, research developments and practical approaches to gluten-free cooking. Live culinary demonstrations and educational presentations form part of the two-day programme. The event therefore combines product discovery with information on dietary management and developments affecting the gluten-free food market.
