SIAL Paris 2026 will take place from October 17 to 21, 2026, at the Parc des Expositions de Paris-Nord Villepinte in Villepinte, France. Organised by Comexposium, the biennial trade show brings together companies and professionals from across the food and beverage industry, including manufacturers, producers, importers, exporters, distributors, retailers, foodservice operators and ingredient suppliers. The exhibition is reserved for trade professionals and covers both established food categories and developments affecting production, sourcing and consumption.
The exhibition is organised across a broad range of food sectors, including grocery products, beverages, meat and poultry, seafood, dairy products, frozen foods, fruits and vegetables, confectionery and bakery products, ingredients and foodservice products. The 2026 edition is expected to host around 8,000 exhibitors and 295,000 professionals across approximately 280,000 square metres of exhibition space. Start-ups and technology companies also participate, reflecting developments in food technology, ingredients, processing, product formulation and supply chains.
Alongside the exhibition halls, the programme includes SIAL Innovation, SIAL Start-Up, SIAL Taste, SIAL Talks, SIAL Summits, bakery activities, demonstrations, tastings and thematic visitor routes. Sessions address subjects such as food innovation, artificial intelligence, personalised nutrition, sustainability, resilience and changing consumer behaviour.
