World Expo of Packaging Industry – Southeast Asia (WEPSEA) 2026 will take place from August 27 to 29, 2026, at Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo) in Jakarta, Indonesia. Organised by RX China in strategic cooperation with the World Packaging Organisation, the B2B exhibition covers the complete packaging and printing value chain, from raw materials and paper production to converting technologies and finished packaging applications. The event combines seven specialised exhibitions covering corrugated packaging, folding cartons, digital printing, paper, plant-fibre and food packaging, flexible packaging and finished packaging products.
The exhibition is designed for packaging manufacturers, converters, paper producers, printing companies, brand owners, food and beverage companies, equipment manufacturers, distributors and professional buyers. Exhibited technologies include corrugated-board production equipment, folding-carton machinery, digital printing systems, specialty papers, flexible packaging technologies, food-container production systems, pulp-moulding equipment and packaging materials made from paper, plastic, metal and glass. This structure allows visitors to examine machinery, consumables, substrates and finished packaging solutions within the same sourcing environment.
The 2026 programme will include more than 20 conferences, workshops and networking activities addressing artificial intelligence, smart factories, sustainable packaging, green manufacturing, halal food-packaging standards, food-delivery packaging, innovative materials and pulp-moulding technologies. WEPSEA will also be co-located with Paper Chain, Pack+ and Bakery ASEAN, extending the event’s connections from upstream paper manufacturing to packaging conversion and end-use industries. Together, these elements position the exhibition as a regional platform for technology exchange, supplier evaluation and business development across Southeast Asia’s packaging market.
