Franchise Expo South 2027 will take place on February 5–6, 2027, at the Fort Lauderdale Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, United States. The event focuses on franchise ownership and business development, bringing together established franchise systems, emerging brands, entrepreneurs, prospective franchisees, investors and companies providing services to the franchise sector. More than 125 exhibitors are expected to participate in the 2027 edition, with opportunities represented across different industries and investment levels.
The exhibition allows visitors to meet directly with franchise brands seeking franchisees, master franchisees and area developers in the southeastern United States and other markets. In addition to franchise concepts, the show includes suppliers providing legal, financial, marketing, operational and business-development services. The Emerging Brand Pavilion is dedicated to newer franchise systems with ten units or fewer, while the Business Resource Center brings together service providers supporting franchise ownership and business expansion.
Alongside the exhibition, Franchise Expo South includes more than 20 workshops and educational sessions covering franchise ownership, financing, legal considerations, business planning and franchise development. The programme is intended for both first-time entrepreneurs and existing business owners evaluating franchise opportunities. Fort Lauderdale’s location also gives the event access to participants from Florida, the southeastern United States and Latin American markets.
