Indusfood Manufacturing 2027 will take place from January 6 to 8, 2027, at Yashobhoomi, India International Convention and Expo Centre (IICC), in New Delhi, India. Organised by the Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI), the B2B exhibition focuses on technologies, equipment and services used across food and beverage manufacturing. It brings together food processors, machinery manufacturers, packaging companies, automation providers, ingredient suppliers, technology companies and professional buyers involved in production and factory operations.
The exhibition covers food processing machinery, beverage technologies, dairy processing, bakery and confectionery systems, snack production, meat and protein processing, edible oil technologies and spice processing. Packaging sections include filling and sealing systems, flexible and rigid packaging, labelling, coding, printing, corrugated packaging and end-of-line systems.
