F Istanbul 2026 will take place from August 26 to 29, 2026, at the Istanbul Expo Center in Yeşilköy, Istanbul. Organised as the fifth edition of the Food & Beverage Products and Production Technologies Exhibition, the B2B event covers a broad section of the food industry, including finished food and beverage products, nuts and dried fruits, snacks, food ingredients, biscuits, chocolate, confectionery, processing technologies and packaging. The 2026 exhibition is planned across six halls and more than 60,000 square metres of indoor exhibition space, with nearly 1,000 brands expected to participate.
The exhibition is designed for food manufacturers, exporters, importers, distributors, wholesalers, retail chains, foodservice operators, hotel and restaurant groups, catering companies and professional buyers seeking suppliers or new product lines. Separate halls are allocated to food and beverage, nuts and dried fruits, confectionery, food-processing and packaging technologies, and packaging materials. This structure brings finished products together with machinery, production systems and packaging solutions, allowing visitors to examine different stages of the food supply chain within the same event.
F Istanbul also includes a Hosted Buyer Programme that enables selected buyers to arrange meetings with exhibitors before and during the event, supporting structured B2B sourcing and supplier discussions. The previous 2025 edition recorded 12,134 registered visitors from 109 countries, generating 22,092 professional visits, providing an indication of the event’s international buyer reach. The 2026 edition continues the annual series that began in 2022 and places particular emphasis on international trade connections between food producers, technology suppliers and purchasing professionals.
