FFCR Gothenburg 2026 will take place on September 15 and 16, 2026, at Svenska Mässan in Gothenburg, Sweden. Part of the Nordic-wide Fastfood & Café & Restaurant Expo (FFCR) platform, the professional trade event brings together companies and decision-makers from across the restaurant, café, fast-food and wider HoReCa industry. The Gothenburg edition celebrates 20 years in 2026 and will feature more than 150 suppliers presenting products, services and new concepts for foodservice businesses. The exhibition covers food and beverages, restaurant equipment, bakery and confectionery, packaging, tableware, hygiene, interior solutions, digital services and other products used in professional hospitality operations.
The event is designed for restaurant owners, chefs, café operators, foodservice buyers, catering businesses, hotel professionals, distributors and other industry decision-makers. Visitors can meet suppliers ranging from established national companies to specialist and emerging producers, compare new products and identify solutions for purchasing, operations and customer experience. The exhibition also provides opportunities to explore trends affecting professional kitchens, menus, beverages, sustainability and changing consumer preferences.
The 2026 programme adds a strong culinary and educational component through FFCR’s Live Kitchen, developed around the theme of what the next generation of restaurant food may look like. Swedish chefs, sommeliers and food personalities participate in demonstrations and discussions, including sessions on plant-based cooking, sustainable gastronomy, future food trends and the growth of alcohol-free beverages. Additional features include the Pizza Champion Cup, described as one of the Nordic region’s largest pizza competitions, a dedicated Wine Area and networking activities for hospitality professionals.
