The California Restaurant Show 2026 is a trade event for the restaurant, foodservice and hospitality sector, held from August 23 to 25, 2026 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California. The show brings together more than 250 exhibitors presenting menu products, restaurant design and décor, kitchen and foodservice equipment, and supplier services for the industry. This edition also features the third annual Pizza Tomorrow Summit Pavilion, a dedicated section for the pizzeria segment.
The event is aimed at restaurant owners, quick-serve operators, chefs, caterers, bakers, bar and nightclub managers, and foodservice staff from hotels, hospitals and commercial kitchens.
