Fi India 2026 will take place from August 26 to 28, 2026, at the Bombay Exhibition Center (BEC) in Mumbai. Organised as the 20th edition of Food ingredients India, the annual B2B event focuses on ingredients, formulations and product development across India’s food and beverage industry. Its exhibition scope includes bakery and confectionery ingredients, beverages, dairy, sauces and seasonings, cereals, snacks, convenience foods, fruits and vegetables, frozen products, nutraceuticals, food supplements, natural products and herbal ingredients. The organiser expects more than 16,000 industry professionals, over 400 exhibiting companies and visitors from more than 50 countries at the 2026 edition.
The exhibition is aimed at food and beverage manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, distributors, product developers, R&D teams, purchasing professionals, nutrition specialists and companies working in processed foods and functional ingredients. Fi India is co-located with ProPak India, extending the event into food processing, production and packaging technologies. This combination allows visitors to examine both formulation-stage ingredients and downstream manufacturing solutions within the same venue, while creating sourcing opportunities between ingredient producers, processing companies and packaging suppliers.
The 2026 programme includes an Innovative Product Showcase, industry conferences, live demonstrations, the Global Trends Zone, Fi India Awards, a CXO Roundtable, Fund Quest and international and MSME pavilions. Fund Quest connects food-sector startups with investors, while the Global Trends Zone presents products and developments from international markets. Conference sessions and executive discussions will address changing consumer demand, technology, food innovation and business development. Fi India has been organised since 2006 and continues to serve as a specialised meeting point for India’s ingredients and processed-food sector.
