Shanghai International Condiments & Food Ingredients Exhibition 2026 will take place from August 26 to 28, 2026, at the Shanghai New International Expo Center in Shanghai, China. The 15th edition of the trade exhibition focuses on seasonings, food ingredients, additives and the technologies used to manufacture, process and package these products. Its exhibition scope extends across the seasoning supply chain, from finished sauces and imported condiments to functional ingredients, flavouring systems, packaging materials and production equipment. The current 2026 event website lists an exhibition area of approximately 80,000 square metres, with more than 3,000 exhibitors and over 100,000 professional visitors expected.
Product categories include salt, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, edible oils, spices, compound seasonings, hot-pot ingredients and bakery sauces, alongside starches, yeast products, plant proteins, dietary fibre, extracts, beverage concentrates and functional food ingredients. Food additives such as emulsifiers, enzymes, preservatives, sweeteners, colourings and flavour enhancers are also represented. The exhibition additionally covers labels, flexible packaging, filling and weighing systems, vacuum packaging machines, labelling equipment and automated packaging lines, connecting food formulation with downstream production and packaging technologies.
The event is intended for seasoning manufacturers, food processors, ingredient suppliers, importers, distributors, catering businesses, retailers, product-development teams and professional buyers seeking new formulations, suppliers and processing solutions. The exhibition is organised with support from food and seasoning industry associations and is held alongside related food and beverage ingredient events, creating connections between upstream ingredients, processing technologies and downstream foodservice markets. Previous editions have also attracted buyers from distribution, e-commerce, catering, wholesale and supermarket channels, giving the event a strong sourcing and supplier-development function within China’s food industry.
