World Seafood Shanghai (SIFSE) 2026 will take place from August 26 to 28, 2026, at the Shanghai New International Expo Center in Shanghai, China. Organised as the 20th Shanghai International Fisheries and Seafood Exhibition, the annual B2B event covers the seafood and aquaculture value chain from production and farming to processing, distribution and foodservice. The 2026 edition is planned across approximately 80,000 square metres and is expected to bring together more than 3,000 exhibitors and over 100,000 professional visitors, with participation from 68 countries and regions.
The exhibition is organised around six core sectors: aquatic and marine products, processed seafood and pre-prepared dishes, premium nourishing ingredients, seafood e-commerce and gift products, aquaculture technologies, and processing equipment and related services. Its professional audience includes seafood importers and exporters, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, restaurant and catering groups, e-commerce buyers, processors and companies involved in aquaculture production. A trade-matching system also allows buyers to submit procurement requirements so that the organiser can identify relevant suppliers and support direct commercial discussions.
The exhibition combines product sourcing with conferences, industry exchanges, professional competitions and new-product activities focused on developments across the fisheries and seafood market. World Seafood Shanghai 2025 was held alongside Gehua Food Expo and occupied nearly 120,000 square metres, bringing together 3,005 exhibitors from 28 countries and regions and recording 110,889 professional visits from 68 countries. The 2026 edition continues this international sourcing and business-matching role while connecting seafood products with aquaculture technologies, processing systems and downstream foodservice markets.
